My time spent at FORM was invaluable. The personal training I received helped me to learn a huge amount about my body, what fuelled it, what didn’t, how fast I could recover, what slowed me down, how much further I could go than my mind would tell me. Ben and Aaron have been incredibly supportive and attentive through my whole journey with regular check-ins and really going above and beyond to help me reach my goals. My goal changed from wanting to get strong to wanting to complete at Athx, and Aaron was able to tailor my training accordingly. But its not competing at Athx that I’ve taken away from my time at FORM, it’s having learnt an incredible amount about my body, and feeling stronger and healthier just doing the every day! It’s been a quality 3 months, thanks guys!!

Training at FORM has been a great learning experience. The friendly but professional team at FORM provided a 3 month program that met my strength needs precisely as well as giving some very practical nutritional advice. Started working with Aaron a couple months ago. I’m the lightest I’ve been in years and the strongest. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Everyone at form was very welcoming, which was vital for me as someone who’s not comfortable normally in the gym.

Before joining Reload at Form, I hadn’t worked out consistently since P.E. Now, two years later, working out has become a regular part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy it! Reload is the only place that has helped me see real changes in my body. The coaches are the best—not only do they really know their stuff, but they’re also approachable, patient, and supportive. The Reload community is amazing, and I’ve made so many friends. Reload is just fun, and I’d recommend anyone give it a try!
