LEEDS REVIEWS
I think there are improvements to be made. I found the studio difficult to find, I had to ask a cleaner how to get in. Some more signage would be good. There were also no instructions on how to use the lockers, I had to ask someone else for help. The class, although I enjoyed, I found it hard to hear as the instructor played music throughout the class a little too loud.
It’s also expensive, £15 for an hours class. It was the same price for a 1.5 hour class at the hot yoga studio nearby!
Would come again as a one off but wouldn’t join long term if I lived nearby.
They are most welcoming and friendly instructors, who do nothing but encourage and praise you even when it feels like you feel yourself starting to shake. I go 3x a week and can already feel and see a different. I will be definitely be upping that!
I wanted a change of scenery and routine than just the gym and this was the perfect place. The classes are the right amount of time to feel the burn and sweat, but not overdo it and tire your body out.
It’s 45-60 minutes of not thinking about anything but your body and the music.
If you’re thinking about joining, don’t hesitate.
(It gets very addicting)
