Lexie is an ex-contemporary dance artist turned yoga enthusiast whose love for movement naturally evolved into a passion for mindfulness and joy in each breath. Her journey informs her teaching style—gentle, expressive, and deeply connected to the present moment.

In her Slow Flow classes, Lexie guides students through a steady, restorative practice designed to settle busy minds and foster presence. In her regular Flow classes, she invites students to explore the energetic side of movement, balancing fluidity with strength to cultivate both empowerment and ease.
