India has been teaching movement for over a decade, beginning with Yoga and later expanding into both Mat and Reformer Pilates. Her background in mindful movement continues to shape the way she teaches today – bringing a focus on presence, intention, and body awareness to every class.
She believes deeply in body autonomy and that movement should be an exploration, not a set of rigid rules. India’s classes are built around choice, offering space for each person to tune into their body and move in a way that feels right for them.
For India, a great class is more than just movement – it’s the whole vibe. From the lighting and music to the language she uses, she loves curating a space that makes those 45 minutes together the best part of your day.
India is also RESET’s Studio Manager and Head Trainer, leading the team with the same passion and presence she brings to her classes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- RYT200 – Yogahaven.
- Yin Yoga 50hr – Angela Jervis Reed.
- Movement Mapping with Justin Wolfer 20hr.
- Anatomy and Physiology applied to Yoga – Andrew McGonigle.
- Breathe Education – Pilates Certification in Mat work & Reformer.
